Our team recognizes that obesity is a chronic condition. Many people who attempt to lose weight are either unsuccessful or realize only short-term success. St. John Weight Loss Center offers therapy to help you maintain your weight loss long-term--without relapse.

We help you identify healthy eating and lifestyle habits and also address triggers that can hinder your chances for success. We will teach you to understand how and why you eat and give you tools to better control how you’re eating now and in the future.

St. John Weight Loss Center offers weekly group sessions, as well as one-on-one support, to educate and provide you with the necessary tools to lose weight and keep it off.
